The prize was awarded for extensive improvements implemented during technology development and strategic business planning contributing to the growth of the business. Examiners were impressed by the level of proactive process improvement, use of internal audit systems and other methods to strengthen management and controls at all levels. The examiners also appreciated the systematic implementation of goal-oriented skill and competency development programs within the organization.
